When I was just a little girl
I looked forward to Xmas with glee
It was tinsel and baubles and presents
And the fabulous Xmas tree.

Now several years have passed since then
And things aren’t quite the same
I've got other things to worry about
It's really such a shame!

Now it's how many Syns in stuffing
And wondering whether I should
Can I manage to avoid all the goodies
All the chocolates and yummy Xmas pud!

Will I grab handfuls of roses chocolates
Will I salivate over mince pies
Do I have to lock myself in a cupboard
Or tie my hands up and blindfold my eyes

The answer is easy at Slimming World
We do not have to suffer this way
Xmas is a time of joy
And it really does last just one day.

The key is just lots of planning
And remember to stay nice and calm
To indulge just a little occasionally
Will really not do too much harm.

A little bit here and a little bit there
With plenty of free food on top
Stay full up so you don’t get the nibbles
And you really will be able to stop.

Have a lovely Christmas at Slimming World
