復健的下一階段是改善活動能力,增加掌指關節的活動範圍,這將有助於在後期進行適當的肌力訓練。
按摩是改善活動能力的絕佳方法,它不僅有助於緩解關節周圍的僵硬,還能防止新骨生長過程中形成過多的疤痕組織。
您可以自行進行按摩,在最初幾週內每天按摩幾次,並在進行手部運動之前進行。

Really pleased that all the protocols and.optimism.are working like magic towards healing.
So the next stage of the rehabilitation process is to improve mobility, range of motion of the MCP joint, which should allow proper strength work.to.be implemented at the later stages.
Massage is a great way to improve mobility as it not only helps to loosen stiffness around the joints, but also prevents excess scar tissue forming as new bones continue to grow.
These can be done on your own, maybe a couple of times a day for the first couple of weeks, and before hand exercises.
