To ensure you have the best opportunity to make an informed choice of therapist I offer you a free introductory / assessment session. At this first session
you will have the opportunity to talk about whatever particular issue(s) is/are bothering you. This will give us both a better understanding of what you are looking for from counselling. It is also an opportunity for you to decide whether I am the most suitable therapist for you. My approach is open, friendly, supportive and non-judging. I am based close to Seven Kings railway station, Ilford and am also within easy reach of the surrounding areas of Chigwell, Romford, Barking, Wanstead, Hainault and Leyton.
