We have 7 spaces available in our Women’s Support Group! The group meets every 2 weeks on Thursday afternoons in London.

If you:

⭐ are an LGBTQI+ woman or non-binary person (who feels a women's group would be the right space for them),

⭐ are seeking asylum in the UK,

⭐speak English, and

⭐live within travelling distance of central London (with costs reimbursed)

Come along to Forty and Beyond on the 10th of December. Forty and Beyond is an online peer-support community group for gay, bi and trans men aged 40 and over. We’re here to discuss and look beyond the issues that can keep us isolated and disconnected as we get older.

About this session
For this session, we will be working on open communication and how we can learn from each other. We will use the "Heart Circle" structure to check in with each other for 5 minutes each, to share what is in our thoughts one at a time.

Everyone listens to what is being said and, after everyone has had an opportunity to express how they are feeling, we will look at any common themes that come up and see if we can unpack some of this further. (There is no pressure to talk or share how you are feeling; trusting the process and listening is enough too).
