I have many different skills to help those from all walks of life. This is for anyone with a condition that is preventing them from enjoying life. This could be anything from depression to muscular pain. Being a Naturopath there is also advice given to clients to help them enhance their recovery using other sources, from nutrition to tissue salts. I also run a Fibromyalgia pain clinic every Tuesday, this is for anyone that has has been diagnosed with this chronic pain condition where they will receive TCM acupuncture at a discounted price. Fascial Manipulation Therapy, I have travelled to Italy to learn this skill. I return in September 2017 to complete the final level, internal dysfunction. FM Therapy is extremely good for anyone in pain or lack of movement. This could be someone that has been suffering for a long time or over a few months. The treatment is very effective for releasing these symptoms. Other treatments on offer: Sports Massage, Dry Needling and Kinesio Taping. There is also a vast experience of sporting anatomy from years of personal training and also pre and post natal training. This helps give clients post care advice for any of the above problems to help rectify.

My Story

I am a certified Fascial Manipulation Specialist, Acupuncturist (traditional Chinese Medicine), sports massage therapist and a naturopath. With also qualifications in iridology, kinesio taping and many more. I began my journey in the fitness industry many years ago as a Personal Trainer and during this time I learnt sports massage which I really enjoyed and it was during this point that I decided this was the route I wanted to take and further my career in the “fixing field” I left the fitness industry and worked in clinics around Barbican and Walthamstow helping those with injuries. It was 6 years ago that I developed a clinic at Redbridge sports and leisure working with those that have pain or injuries helping with all the skills learnt which included dry needling and kinesio taping . I have also had the opportunity of working with athletes at England Badminton and at an international level with finalists in 400/100 metres racing against Usain Bolt in the World Championships 2017.

Over the years I have also gained a degree level in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Iriology, Naturopathy. 2.5 years ago I began learning fascial manipulation, the stecco method. I have been very fortunate to have learnt this technique in Italy and completed the final level last year. June 2018 I went back to take the exam and gain a diploma and it was then that I became a certified fascial manipulation specialist. There are currently only two of us in the UK so I am very proud to be one of them.

The beginning part of my journey was injuries, prevention, maintenance...Now I am very fortunate to be in a position where I can treat almost anything.
