Naturopathic Nutrition Therapist
My nutrition journey began with yoga. I started yoga more than 10 years ago. After a few months I noticed how my body became more sensitive to certain foods. I used to drink 2 cups of tea daily but I started to develop a distaste for it. If I ate a packet of crisps there would be a physical feeling that I knew I could do without. My chocolate consumption decreased - I used to eat a bar a day. All this started happening naturally. Nothing was forced. The awareness of this was what changed everything for me. When I noticed this happening I was so excited that I felt that I wanted to share this with everyone. This is what led me to start studying nutrition. I am a fully qualified naturopathic nutrition therapist and I feel this incredible journey has just begun. I believe food and lifestyle changes can be used to heal physical and emotional dis-ease.
