Health and Safety Training Specialist

RB Services offer Health & Safety training from Bite Size 1 hour courses through to courses accredited by The Association for Project Safety (APS), CITB and IOSH, covering everything inbetween including CDM Awareness, First Aid, Manual Handling, Working at Height plus much more. We provide bespoke training which will be tailored to your requirements and can be provided at either our Training Centres or in-house. We run APS Managment of CDM Co-ordination every month. CITB Site Safety Supervisors Training Scheme (SSSTS) is run 3 times a month, and their Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) run as both day release and as a 5 day block booking most months. Our courses are not only held at our Essex/East London Training Centre, we also provide courses in Birmingham, Lincolnshire, Belfast & Edinburgh, and offer the option to run in-house at your convenience anywhere in the UK. Today marks a milestone. RBSERVICES is now becoming
Mast Safety Ltd. Robin has semi retired. After many months an agreement that will satisfy clients has been made.
I wish all my many clients the best going forward , stay with Mast they have high aims.

Previous customers
It’s always disappointing to lose a client. We are often proud that with our help they have all the procedures, policies and paperwork in place to run H&S in house. We leave on good terms. Yesterday we had TWO multi million pound businesses return to us to restart contracts or long term works. We may not be the best , or cheapest but we must have something good going . Our clients are great at what they do. They have kept going during hard times and know we are here when needed. Thank you to all our clients past and existing.

In February this year CITB wrote the following:

In 21/22 you delivered to 956 delegates which made you the 37th for Delegate Volume as an SSP Centre. I do not have the numbers for separating face to face delivery and Remote Delivery when looking at total volumes by centre.

I cannot provide the names of companies but nearer the top the delegate volumes number for SSP Centres are in the thousands but a lot of this will be larger centres doing remote delivery and face to face and also more national. For your operation where you are the sole registered trainer and with your team I would say the numbers are excellent.

I suspect this shows we want to work with our clients to give the best long term

Citb provided us with some very good news

Clients complain about costs, and I agree with them to get a job in construction can be expensive taking time off, taking an exam just to prove you know something about H&S. I have spent a year learning how to train in a different manner and have at least another 3 months to go. Two weeks ago I took my ADI part 2 driving test for third time and only had two faults , but today I passed my in 9 minutes with 100%. Some will say I should as a trainer, but it was time practicing that helped me pass. watch this space as I believe many construction workers also use company vehicles and need training.

Health and Safety Training Specialist RB Services offer a range of Health & Safety training from 1 day Health & Safety Awareness, SSSTS and SMSTS including refresher courses, all accredited by CITB. We also cover everything in between including , First Aid, Manual Handling, Working at Height plus much more. If you are unable to find the course you require in our Schedule, please ask, we will always do our best to offer you the training you require. We provide bespoke training which will be tailored to your requirements and can be provided at either our Training Centres or in-house. Our training centre is located in Hainault, Essex, however, we can also come to your venue for in-house training.

We have the facility to sit most CSCS Tests including Health, Safety & Environment test for Operatives, Specialists (Working at Height, plumbing, refrigeration & air conditioning) and MAPS (managers and professionals)

Training is not the only service we can offer, as we also specialise in Health and Safety Consultancy. Whatever the size of your business, we are here to help. Our advisers are available to discuss your needs and inform you of your requirements.

With our dedication to all aspects of health and safety, we are able to provide our clients with a complete and comprehensive Consultancy Service, which we offer as a monthly package basis cost dependant on the size of your business and involvement required.
