We have a social enterprise constitution and ethos. The main impact of this on our customer service is that we are proud to be compassionate and friendly - care work should not just be a job. Though trained to the highest standards, we only employ staff who are empathetic, dedicated and do this job to gain genuine personal satisfaction. Our Care Workers are experienced and trained in Health and Social Care. Many are also qualified in specialist clinical areas. They fulfill induction training with us and a broad range of in-house Level 2 units, accredited independently. We also provide regular refresher courses on a range of subjects relevant to our customers' needs. CONTACT US
