I recently completed an 6-week workout and nutrition plan with Jaz, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the entire experience. Coming from a sedentary lifestyle, being a professional in IT industry, my main goal was to lose fat and build healthier habits. Jaz exceeded all my expectations!

From the very beginning, Jaz was extremely professional and organized. Scheduling sessions was seamless, and he kept meticulous track of sessions and encourage me to record my nutrition and workout progress the same way and provided extremely valuable feedback, which made me feel like I was in expert hands. The initial workout and food plan were tailored to my goals, but what stood out was Jaz’s adaptability. Throughout the program, he actively sought my feedback both during and after sessions, making thoughtful and highly effective adjustments to the plan to better suit my needs and optimize results.

Every session was challenging yet enjoyable, and Jaz’s constant motivation helped me push through and stay committed. I’ve not only seen significant and consistent fat loss but also developed a much healthier and more active lifestyle.

It's all about knowing what's on your plate! 🍽 Here's the information on those frustrating food labels:😣

1️⃣ Serving Size: Begins here, everyone! This is what all the numbers are based on! 🍝

2️⃣ Calories (kcal): Watching your waistline? You must keep an eye on this! 🧐

3️⃣ Carbs: Blood sugar's your best friend or not. Look for fiber-rich, low-sugar options! 🍏

4️⃣ Protein: More protein = feeling full longer and helping stabilise your blood sugar! 😊

🚨 So, you've been told you're pre-diabetic. What's this mean for you? 🤔

Basically, your blood sugar is higher than it should be, but not quite at full scale as diabetes. 📈

Here's the 4 things you might be dealing with:

1. You're more likely to get type 2 diabetes down the road 🔮
2. You now have a higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease 💔
3. Losing weight is going to be tougher now ⚖️
4. Feeling fatigued and have sugar cravings 😴🍭

Don't Stress! 😌 You can tackle this, and here's what you have to do:
- Watch what you eat, cut back on soft drinks, and processed foods like cereals, biscuits, and crisps. 🥗🚫🥤
- Get moving - gradually increase your daily steps. 🚶‍♂️💪
- Monitor your daily blood sugar levels like your GP suggested 🩺
- Lose weight through resistance training. 🏋️‍♀️

The sooner you start taking care of yourself, the better chance you have at preventing having diabetes. 🛡️
