I recently completed an 6-week workout and nutrition plan with Jaz, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the entire experience. Coming from a sedentary lifestyle, being a professional in IT industry, my main goal was to lose fat and build healthier habits. Jaz exceeded all my expectations!
From the very beginning, Jaz was extremely professional and organized. Scheduling sessions was seamless, and he kept meticulous track of sessions and encourage me to record my nutrition and workout progress the same way and provided extremely valuable feedback, which made me feel like I was in expert hands. The initial workout and food plan were tailored to my goals, but what stood out was Jaz’s adaptability. Throughout the program, he actively sought my feedback both during and after sessions, making thoughtful and highly effective adjustments to the plan to better suit my needs and optimize results.
Every session was challenging yet enjoyable, and Jaz’s constant motivation helped me push through and stay committed. I’ve not only seen significant and consistent fat loss but also developed a much healthier and more active lifestyle.
I’ve now decided to renew the plan for another 8 weeks focused on putting on muscle. I’m excited to continue this journey with Jaz and can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health!
