Thomas' ethos and approaches to life are very simple; he has a passion to help others to find healthier and happier lives by enabling those to feel mentally and physically stronger through breathing and movement. Breathwork and in particular the Oxygen Advantage is the single most powerful and free and available tool he’s found to achieve health, happiness, and strength and he is excited to tell everyone about it! Humans are an advanced species who can achieve whatever we set our minds to, yet so many of us aren’t finding life easy. We spend many of our waking hours, stressed, anxious, distracted, tired, in pain, injured, and ill, but it doesn’t have to be this way. You can alleviate these issues by simply improving the way we breathe in order to enhance the way we feel, move and perform. We breathe between 17,000 and 29,000 times per day or 6 to 10 million breaths per year and without this autonomic function, we simply wouldn’t survive. Mastering one of the most powerful mechanisms in our body can have a tremendous impact on both wellbeing and performance and because we breathe continuously 24 hours a day the possibilities are endless.
