I have found Reiki to be a very useful complementary therapy for hormonal issues like the menopause and of great benefit to those dealing with most health crisis. Reiki strengthens our mental abilities to deal with what life throws at us and allows a safe and healing space to develop from within ourselves. This is not a counselling service and I do not recommend anyone to stop their medication. Reiki complements our wonderful doctors and is being used by some hospitals to do just that.
