I know how to breathe through overwhelm.
I know how to regulate my nervous system.
I know what helps me feel grounded.
And yet sometimes I still eat too much chocolate, don’t get enough sleep and wake up feeling tired, grumpy and emotional.
Having the tools doesn’t mean you never struggle.
It just means you notice it sooner, give yourself what you need and stop being so hard on yourself.
Because even with all the self-awareness in the world… you’re still only human.
