But they’re also grounded in training, experience, and deep respect for the nervous system.

Sometimes it shows up as waking up already annoyed.
Being hard on yourself.
Feeling like you’re failing… when really, you’re just exhausted and disconnected from yourself.

Self-love isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about acceptance.
About not believing there’s something wrong with you.
