a sensorial experience that encourages us to slow down and journey deeply within ourselves, while immersing in a live japanese koto soundscape with restorative somatic practices.

yin yoga & yoga nidra guided by by alex giffoni and supported by a meditative sound escape, played live by gifted musician and japanese koto artist david smale.

🕯️David Smale is a British musician was fortunate to study under a distinguished koto sensei while in Osaka, Japan. His playing draws on both classical and contemporary Japanese approaches, guided by a desire to honour the instrument’s history while developing a voice that reflects his own extensive musical background. He is especially inspired by the words of legendary composer Tadao Sawai: “The power and energy of a single well-produced tone - this is where the root of Japanese music lies.”

🕯️Alex/ Xanda is a Brazilian Yoga practitioner & facilitator and a massage therapist. She works very closely with the sacred Cacao medicine and is a student and therapist of Shamanic Healing Arts. She has dedicated her entire adult life to using these ancient tools to help herself and others find a way to live and live with more ease and openness. Alex is the founder and guardian of (est. 2010) and a curator and promoter of community orientated, wellbeing experiences & even

We are starting a new 4-week journey this Thursday 7th - ✨Beginner’s Mind Yoga ✨an opportunity to begin again in the path of Yoga and meditation with child-like innocence and alive curiosity. With from 9.30-10.30am. DM us to find out more and to book your space.

An evening of profound peace, relaxation and rest.

A sensorial experience that encourages us to pause and journey deeply within ourselves, while receiving the benefits of a Sound Bath & Reiki healing combined.

Come and join us in the New Moon, when myself Alex ( Reiki Master-teacher) and my multi-instrumentalist friend and sound therapist Susan .northrop.77 , take you on a gentle, but profound, journey.

No experience is needed to join us in this welcoming and very comfortable space.
