There are two treatments you can choose from. Mantra, which is a treatment used with just the voice. It gives you a range of mantras specifically given to meet yours needs, these are established from a discussion and a chakra scan. The second type is given with Himalayan bowls, voice, crystal bowls and grounding tools. The instruments are used in the same way in that they are used to your personal needs at the time and established in the same way. You may find you respond more to the voice or to the bowls so you can choose which you have depending on what works best for you.
