More importantly how we connect with it! Whether it’s mindfulness, rain sounds or meditation. The outdoors can be such a great place to boost wellbeing. During this pandemic many of us relied on the great outdoors as a change of scenery or an escape from our homes and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather.
