💻 We’ll soon be introducing a new digital tool called Heidi to support your clinician during consultations.

💬 What does this mean for you?
Heidi is an AI assistant that helps create clinical notes during your appointment — so your clinician can spend less time typing and more time listening to you👂

✔️ Allows your clinician to focus fully on the conversation
✔️ Produces accurate clinical notes from the discussion
✔️ Notes are always checked, edited and approved by your clinician

🔐 Safe & secure
✔️ Information is handled securely and confidentially

🙋Your choice
Using Heidi is completely optional. Your clinician will always ask for your consent at the beginning of EVERY Consultation.

✋You can say no at any time — this will never affect your care.

📅 We aim to start rolling this out within the next week or so. This means that you may find that you may be asked about this in upcoming appointments

☃️ SNOW UPDATE ☃️

❄️ Some staff are unable to safely travel to the surgery.

📲 We are sending text messages to patients that are affected

🕣 Please attend your appointment as normal if we have not contacted you or let us know if you can no longer make it

🚗 The rest of our car park will remain closed until it is safe to re-open. The front of the car park is open but limited spaces are available

❄️ With temperatures dropping, here are some simple but important reminders to keep you and others safe and warm

Layers are key! Hats, scarves and gloves really do make a difference.

🏠 Keep your home warm
Try to heat living spaces to a comfortable temperature and keep doors closed where possible.

🍲 Eat well & drink warm fluids
Hot meals and drinks help keep your body temperature up.

🚿 Look after yourself
Rest, keep moving gently, and don’t ignore signs of illness.

👵👴 Check on others
Older neighbours, family members and those living alone may need extra support — even a quick phone call helps.

🚗 Travel carefully
Icy roads and pavements increase the risk of falls and accidents.

💙 If you’re worried about someone, don’t hesitate to help or seek advice.
