I got an email yesterday that genuinely made me stop for a minute…

Ive been awarded Highly Recommended 2026 by Fresha 🥹✨

And the thing that matters most to me…

Mother’s Day always makes me a little bit emotional.

These people right here are the absolute love of my life. Being their mum is the greatest privilege I will ever have.

But being surrounded by incredible women every day through my work is something I’m equally grateful for.

I spend my days looking after mums, daughters, nans, sisters… women who give so much of themselves to everyone else, and it means the world to me that you trust me to be part of your journey.

The women who walk through my clinic doors aren’t “just clients” to me. Over time you become friends, supporters, cheerleaders… and I genuinely care about every single one of you.

So today I’m feeling very lucky, to have this beautiful family, and to have built a business that lets me spend my days looking after so many amazing women too.

For a few years, aesthetic treatments got a bit… obvious.

Huge lips.
Overfilled cheeks.
Faces that barely moved.

And if we’re being honest, a lot of people were told that was the goal.

Thankfully, the industry has already moved on.

The conversations I’m having with clients now are completely different. Most women don’t want to look “done”. They don’t want to look like someone else. They just want to look fresh, rested, and like themselves again.

That’s the difference between treatment… and good aesthetic work.

Because the truth is, you can get cheap filler almost anywhere now.

“But she’s only 20…”

Yes she is. And no, she didn’t need anything doing.

I’m probably best known for my work with ladies 45+, helping restore softness, volume and confidence in a really natural way.

But I also see lots of lovely younger girls who come to me for the tiniest little tweaks.

This gorgeous client is 20, and all she wanted was a little more shape and hydration through the lips. Nothing dramatic, nothing overfilled, just a soft enhancement that still looks completely like her.

And when I’m treating younger faces, I’m actually even more conservative.

Maybe it’s because I’m a girl mum myself, but I feel quite protective over my younger clients. My job isn’t to change their faces or be told what trending on Tik Tok it’s to make sure whatever we do is age-appropriate, balanced, and done properly.

Just a subtle tweak, done well.

And honestly… these lips are beautiful.

• Have they actually seen me face-to-face?

Happy International Women’s Day 🤍

I feel incredibly lucky that the work I do every day is centred around other women.

Women who trust me with their faces, their confidence, their stories… and sometimes the little things they’ve been quietly worrying about for years. It’s never just about a treatment for me. It’s about how someone feels when they leave the clinic, when they catch themselves in the mirror and something just shifts a little inside. Not because they look like someone different, but because they look like themselves again.

That moment means everything to me.

The whole reason I do this work is because I truly believe women deserve to feel confident, supported and lifted up. Being trusted to play even the smallest part in that journey is something I will never take for granted.

But the truth is, it works both ways.

The women I meet every day lift me up just as much. I’m constantly surrounded by the most incredible women — building businesses, raising families, caring for others, supporting their friends, showing resilience through things most people never even see.

I hear your stories, your wins, your worries, your plans… and honestly, you inspire me more than you probably realise.

Honestly… she looks so incredible we don’t even need a before. This is just pure perfection.

Being in your 40s is wild.

Plucking random hairs out of your chin.

This absolute queen is 78. 🤍

She came to me thinking she needed one thing… and within a few minutes of chatting, I knew that actually wasn’t what her face needed at all.

She’d had filler placed elsewhere before and just didn’t feel completely happy with it. Not terrible… just not quite right. Not quite her.
