I mean… what an absolute stun gun 😌

She’s unreal anyway but these lips… this is exactly what you all mean when you say “I just want them natural”.

Nothing mad, nothing overdone, just a bit of shape, a bit of balance and suddenly the whole face just looks better without anyone being able to put their finger on it.

People always say the same thing after they’ve had Botox.

They don’t necessarily say “my wrinkles have gone”.

They just say their skin looks better. Healthier. Fresher. Makeup sits nicer. Everything just looks a bit more polished and they can’t quite put their finger on why.

Most people assume that’s just because the lines have softened.

But there’s actually more going on than that.

Botox can slightly reduce oil production, it can calm some of the tiny muscle movements around pores, it can even reduce facial sweating. All of those things affect how your skin behaves day to day.

One day you’re fine… the next day your face looks like it’s been through a divorce.

Not gently.
Not gradually.

It can feel like it happens almost overnight.

One minute your skin is fine…
and then suddenly your face just doesn’t look like your face anymore.

Your skin feels dry no matter what you put on it.

And there’s a big difference.

You can walk into almost any clinic and have lip filler put in your face. And that’s absolutely fine, that’s your choice.

But when you come to me, it’s not about just “adding filler”.

It’s about shaping.

Some clients want glam.

Some want a little hydration.

You know what I absolutely love seeing?

Women in their 40s and 50s just completely owning it. Looking incredible, feeling confident, and not giving a single s**t about the pressure to stay 25 forever.

Because the reality is… most of us absolutely hammered our skin in our twenties. I know I did. Embassy, blue WKD, kebabs at stupid o’clock, falling into bed with a full face of makeup on and somehow dragging myself up for work a few hours later like it was normal.

So when I see 20-something influencers online telling women how to “age well”… I do have to laugh a little bit.

Talk to me when you’ve lived a bit. When you’ve worked hard, dealt with stress, hormones, sleepless nights, real life… and you’re still standing there looking fabulous in your 40s.

That’s the energy I’m here for.

I bloody love lips like this.

Not the overfilled, can’t-close-your-mouth kind… just beautiful, natural, perfectly balanced lips that still look like they belong to the face they’re on.

These started back in September 2025 with just 0.5ml of filler. Nothing crazy, just a tiny bit of support to the shape and a bit of hydration.

And today we finished them with lip blush.

This is where being both an injector and a semi-permanent makeup artist really comes into its own, because filler can give you structure, but lip blush gives you that soft colour, the definition and that healthy look that makes the lips look finished.

For me this is the sweet spot.

Soft.
Natural.
Defined.
Not overdone.

Just really bloody good lips.

Honestly I’m a bit obsessed with this result.

The UK sun appears for five minutes and suddenly we’re all expected to have smooth legs, glowing skin and look like we’ve just stepped off a runway somewhere.

Meanwhile… reality looks a little different doesn’t it.

Hair that’s been happily growing under winter leggings.
Skin that’s been surviving on central heating, cold weather and coffee.

Make-up that suddenly looks very different in daylight.

Honestly, this happens every single year. The minute the sunshine arrives my diary fills with women saying the same thing… “my skin needs help.”

And the truth is, winter can be really tough on the skin. The barrier gets depleted, hydration drops and everything can start to look a bit dull and tired.

The good news is it’s completely fixable.

This is exactly when treatments like skin boosters, regenerative skin treatments and laser hair removal start making a lot of sense, waking the skin back up and getting everything feeling fresh again.

This image is something I talk about with clients in clinic all the time.

A lot of people think Botox is the answer to ageing. And to be fair, it’s an amazing treatment. I use it every day and it does a beautiful job at softening lines in the upper face.

But if the only thing someone ever treats is their forehead, you can sometimes end up with a really smooth top half of the face… and everything underneath still ageing away.

That’s when things start to look a little bit out of sync.

It’s not that Botox is the problem. It’s just that ageing doesn’t happen in one place. Skin changes, collagen changes, support in the face shifts over time, and if you only treat one small area it can actually make the rest of the face look heavier or more tired by comparison.

What I love about my job is helping people feel good when they look in the mirror.

Not different. Not obvious. Just fresher, brighter and more like themselves again.

That’s why I always look at the whole person sitting in front of me. The skin, the structure of the face, how everything works together. Sometimes that includes injectables, sometimes it’s about improving the skin itself, and sometimes it’s simply restoring a little bit of support so the whole face lifts and balances again.

There’s nothing better for me than seeing someone walk out of clinic standing a little bit taller, smiling a bit more, and feeling like the best version of themselves.

That’s the bit I really love.
