With a background in leisure operations and frontline ambulance service, we have the experience and knowledge to ensure you are trained to excellence, rather than just competence. All of our trainers come from an operational background in leisure, and also work full time frontline for East Midlands Ambulance Service. All of our trainer assessor's are qualified through Nuco Training and the Royal Lifesaving Society UK, the UK's leading drowning prevention charity. As well as trainer assessors, we also have experienced mentors within our team who are able to guide and support new trainers through their probationary period.

Congratulations to our 6 Outdoor First Aiders who have completed their course today at Lincoln Water Park 💪

A fantastic two days spent with these guys with lots of engagement, improvisation and new skills learnt.

Weather more wet today but the candidates still threw themselves into our real world scenarios to put theory into practice! 🌧️

Some lovely feedback received for Adam from two of the candidates who were also experienced Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Trainer Assessors! 🤩

TEAM BRAVO take the crown 👑

Last week, we had 16 newly qualified lifeguards complete their National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) at Nottingham High School.

During the week, the candidates are put into teams and complete to win points. This develops their teamwork and communication skills as well as consolidate their learning.

It was close on the scores but TEAM BRAVO were the winning team.

WOW 🤩 What a fantastic week we had last week on our first National Pool Lifeguard Lifeguard Qualification course of 2026 at Nottingham High School!!

Our candidates absolutely knocked it out of the park and ALL passed their assessment on Friday afternoon, resulting in 16 newly qualified lifeguards ready to jump into employment.

Well done to team Charlie who managed to win our team building competition during our National Pool Lifeguard Qualification!

As well as making the course fun and interactive, we are able to build and improve our candidates teamwork, communication, and technical knowledge ready for their roles as pool lifeguards.

What an end to a fantastic week! 🌟

Yesterday, 22 candidates absolutely smashed their Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification course at Trent College, HMC Independent School!! We had an incredible week with our lovely candidates and it was an absolute pleasure to get to know you all. We was so proud watching them sail through their assessment and we received amazing feedback from our lovely assessors!! 🏅

Thank you for an enjoyable course and good luck with your future careers!! ❤️

We also had a full circle moment as one of our assessors was an NPLQ candidate with us FIVE years ago!!
