New Sun Yoga Listen to the body when it whispers so you don’t have to make it scream! Move positively for you ! My name is Mel, I have a back ground in exercise and massage.

I trained with the BWY for 3 years to gain my qualification to teach Yoga. Moving the body is what we are designed to do not to sit the length of time we do. I like to make my classes accessible to all. I work in the NHS with people living with Neurological conditions helping them with their rehabilitation through exercise and support. If you want to move your body in a way that feels good for you , feel better, sleep better and be more stress free. Then my Yoga classes are for you

I have made the difficult decision to end my yoga class on Monday evenings at Flamstead Centre.
My yoga journey started here over 15 years ago when I explored the gift of practicing yoga. I was inspired and supported to train to become a teacher myself. I have been teaching this class for nearly 7 years and since Covid this class just hasn’t returned to its previous strength. So in the art of Aparigarah ( non - attachment ) it’s time for me to say farewell and explore a new class at a new venue and day.
I would like to say thankyou for all who have continued to support this class and try to keep it going and to all who have attended my classes over the years.
I hope you will be able to join me at my new class and come and rediscover the gift of yoga.
