SECRET GARDEN SUMMERHOUSE THERAPIES

I have added a couple of evenings to my Holistic Therapy sessions.

From this week therapies will also be available Wednesday & Thursday evening 6pm-9pm.

I am also available Saturday 9am-1pm.
Daytime sessions can also be arranged.

I offer a variety of treatments from Massage, Facials, Vani-T Spray tanning, Crystal Healing, Kansa wand therapies, Head Massage, Sole Revival Therapy for the Feet & legs.

I will highlight each treatment starting with my Intuitive Energy Healing session, see description below:

On the day of your treatment, I will have prepped the room and candles lit. Before the treatment we will talk about how you are feeling and then set an intention. Each treatment will be different every time.

It’s then time to settle on the cosy heated bed, cocooned with comforting covers. You are still fully dressed, only removing your shoes for comfort.

After handing you 2 amethyst hearts to hold in each hand, we begin breathing techniques, the breath work will be specific for your particular needs.

I will begin the session with sound, to relax and bring calmness, followed by using my hands hovering over your body (body scan). I use special crystal etheric pendulums, drumming, tuning forks and crystals during the session. At the end of the session you are never rushed and will be given a nice cup of tea or water.

How do these tools that I work with benefit you:

Etheric Quartz Healing/Meditation Wand
Pure quartz, rare earth magnets wrapped in copper.
These special crystals transmit soul filled light and healing blessings to awaken the soul and heal the personality.

Etheric Rainbow quartz wand with magnets & wrapped in copper.
This crystal naturally balances and aligns the chakras & meridians.

These special crystals have a transcendental effect and can be used for long distance healing using a photo or name.

I use the crystals to bless & harmonise the summerhouse before our session.

Drumming - brings inner calmness, brings back to the present moment (more awareness), very grounding, reduces tension, anxiety and stress. Makes you happy, induces deep relaxation, boosts the immune system. Allows you to flow with rhythms of life.

Tuning Forks
I was given a sign many years ago to work with these special tuning forks. They utilise the principles of Gematria - “an ancient Hebrew system that equates numerology to the Hebrew alphabet.” The forks were created using specific Hebrew words, which translated mean I AM, THAT I AM.

The tuning forks create a sacred sound relationship that brings harmony to anyone who receive their frequencies, they balance the nervous system, increase the auric field and expand consciousness.

For our first in-person class I have chosen Basic Spinal Energy series.

In Kundalini Yoga it is often said that age is measured by the flexibility of the spine; to stay young, stay flexible.

The Kriya for this week works from the base of the spine to the top. All 26 vertebrae receive stimulation and all of the chakras receive a burst of energy.

Because of this burst of energy it is the perfect exercise to do before meditation. Many people have reported greater mental clarity after regular practice of this kriya. A contributing factor may be the increased circulation of the spinal fluid, which is crucially linked to having a good memory.

We will end the class with a Calm Heart meditation.
This meditation creates a still point for the prana (Life Force) at the Heart Centre. Physically this meditation strengthens the lungs and heart, and perfect for beginners. It opens awareness of the breath, and it conditions the lungs.

Saturday appointments are now available for Reiki sessions.

Everything is energy, yes that includes you too.

When our pure vibrational energy becomes blocked we may become lethargic, confused, anxious, fearful, struggle with sleeping. We feel there is nowhere to turn.

Reiki sessions are a way back to finding you, to allow any deep seated emotions to rise to the surface, opening your heart, releasing them with love.

The Reiki I offer is individual to you, we begin the session with a quick consultaiton and then the treatment is performed with you lying down on a theray couch or seated in a chair, fully dressed in a warm comfy environment.

I work intuitively using my hands or crystals above your body, and sometimes place my hands on specific areas. Crystals may also be placed on top of the blanket.

It is a deeply relaxing experience, the session ends with a nice cup of tea or glass of water.

When did you last treat yourself?

I treated myself for my birthday this year, I booked a facial, a real treat for me, as being a Therapist I rarely get chance to be the client.

I initially booked an hour, I then thought, no I am so worth 2 hours. My sons gave me money for my Birthday so I put it towards my treat.

During the consultation the Therapist asked me when was the last time you did this?

Ooh heck, now then, what year was it again?

I do take care of myself in various ways eg yoga, swimming, meditation but when it comes to therapies I had not treated myself in such a long time, I did feel quite embarrased at the thought.

When you treat your body, you are also working the nervous system, calming the mind. Unblocking any stagnant energy, keeping that flow of energy in balance.

I have upgraded my services on this page.

Facial in the rain!!

Well not quite lol, was a lovely session yesterday with Lea.

She was snuggled up warm on the bed enjoying a relaxing facial, listening to the rain on the roof and also when it stopped the birds were singing.

Who am I?
My name is Hayley, I live on Shipley View, Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
I have been a Therapist now for over 20 years and still love being of service to others as much as I did when my journey first began.
