We’re pleased to let everyone know that some of our gym equipment has now been fitted with brand-new upholstery and we will be working our way through more .

Please help us keep it in great condition by treating the equipment with care and not resting bars on the backs of them when doing things like curling. We really appreciate everyone’s cooperation and respect for the gym. 💪

We have had complaints off quite a few members now about both of the above 👆

Firstly we have built a posing room so anyone can go and look at themselves . That is the only place you should be topless on our gym !

What is worse is people sat in reception and even a few times in the gym trying to be sneaky with there v**es .
Your meant to be coming to the gym to be healthier and so are other people .
We and they do not want to smell your crap around the gym.

Don’t walk to the door and stick your head out either.
THATS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
If you want to v**e then walk down the steps and onto the car park.

We will start banning people for both of the above if we need to !

An amazing man with a big heart and full of banter.

Russ was highly thought of down our gym and was always a face we was happy to see walk through that door.

Our thoughts and condolences are with Christine and the family and this difficult time 😢 💔

Rest in peace Russ

PLATINUM GYM AND FITNESS

Is 14 years old . As you can see from this picture things have changed so much . How many of you can remember the car being there to deadlift??

On the photo is Chris Law the original founder of the gym . Chris’s passion for this place is the reason it’s still here today. Many local gyms have come and gone in that time . Chris built an environment and family down here that everyone loved, which in recent years has been carried on by .
Ryan has pressed on and made the gym what it is today 🙌
NOT FORGETTING- Both Adam and Rachel who have been here all the way through to keep this place open and running through the highs and the lows ❤️
