We had SUCH a wonderful time with our Rebel Women! Thanks to everyone that came even though rain was forecast we still had almost a full turn out! We had a lovely walk from Straws Bridge across to a Manor Floods and even had time for a mini forest bathing session. We can’t wait for the next one. Stay tuned!

Our next walk with Walk Wheel Cycle Trust is live!

Working Women Walk – Ilkeston

If you live in Ilkeston and juggle work or run your own business, come and join us and A Force of Nature CIC for a friendly lunchtime walk. It’s a chance to meet other local women, share ideas, support each other, and enjoy some fresh air together.

It’s been a busy few weeks at Force of Nature CIC! Today was no exception. Isabel met with Walk Wheel Cycle Trust to plan the next walk and then headed off to meet Serena to deliver some taster yoga and mindfulness sessions at Arena Church with the Social Prescriber team. Full update coming soon!

We're exited to be working in collaboration with Sustrans who supported us to run our first Working Women Walk session earlier this summer. More dates coming very soon for this nature based networking event for local women in business.

Meet Isabel, Co Founder and Director of A Force of Nature CIC. Isabel is a Clinical Ayurveda Practitioner, therapeutic yoga teacher, and yoga nidra facilitator. She combines her passion for nature and background in conservation with holistic practices that support women’s wellbeing, weaving together food, mind, and body to create balance at every stage of life.
