Why? I hear you asking…

Simply because you are so incredibly unlikely to apply your makeup as thickly and evenly as you would do with a standalone SPF product.

Without this, you simply aren’t getting the protection necessary.

Your SPF should be the last product you apply in the morning, before any makeup.

If your makeup happens to contain SPF - great! This is a nice bonus, but you can’t rely on it.

Oooo, I feel like this statement sounds more controversial than it is. 😝

What I really mean is, there are so many Over The Counter brands which you will pay PREMIUM prices for, which do no more for your skin than the average supermarket brand.

Do they cause any harm? No, not always.

Are you happy with your skin? Super! Carry on as you are.

But if you are frustrated with your skin and are simply purchasing products because you recognise the gorgeous branding - but still feel COMPLETELY STUCK…? Then remember, a higher price doesn’t always mean a better result.

If this resonates, seek some professional guidance. Often, the products that you see in the shops have the core ingredients your skin needs to thrive - but without the potency & advanced delivery systems to achieve the desired results.

I hope this helps next time you are stood staring at a beautiful beauty counter! 😁

Good morning to you!

Sharing this fabulous before and after image, after treating the peri-oral region (area around the mouth) - with a lovely, flexible dermal filler.

Pursing the lips can reveal big changes as we age, with the lines that appear caused by years of repeated movement - and multiple skin changes.

We can restore some of that lost volume with filler, and create a much smoother look.

✨Monday Update✨

Hope everyone is doing amazing 🫶🏼

I’m typing this while sat in Aldi carpark as Fliss is fast asleep - that’s just life 🥰

Thought it would be a nice idea to do a little weekly check-in, and share with you what’s coming up this week!

I need to kick it off by catching up with a webinar from Thursday! I couldn’t attend as I finished work late, but im super keen to listen in about a new product coming through 🤩💉 I also love working with this company. The whole team are so friendly & inclusive.

Appointment wise; this week is really varied between injectables and medical facials. Lots of regular patients, so they are nicely keeping up with that ongoing assessment and momentum. It makes a huge difference to results.

As ever, I am loving the ongoing dedication to skin quality, that I am seeing 💫 When you start thinking about your skin as a whole - not just your particular concerns - we can build a really meaningful plan.
