Thursday was our last class of the autumn/winter block, although there are a few pop up classes coming up before the end of the year so look out for them.
I’d like to thank everyone who has practiced yoga and meditation with us this year, I am very grateful.
We have a wonderful community of yogis so if you fancy coming and giving yoga a try look out for next years classes.
All that is left for me to say is have a wonderful Christmas and peaceful, joyful healthy 2025.

Last night we held a pop up charity class in aid of The Oddballs Foundation.
A fantastic charity that raises awareness and support for men with testicular cancer. Over £300 was raised. A great event enjoyed by all….🙏

Next week is the start of our final yoga blocks this year. If you haven’t tried yoga and would like to join us, single class bookings are available Tuesday and Thursday mornings subject to availability. All yogis welcome of any age and ability to our beautiful calm peaceful studio.
