ITS OUR BIRTHDAY WEEK! - THYC TURNS 4!! 🎉🎉🎉

It’s 4 years since we opened our chapels doors and we’re throwing a party to celebrate our amazing, sweaty community, and we want you there!

Join us on:
📆 Saturday 16th May
📍The Chapel, Ilkley
⏰ 2pm - 5pm

We’ll be raising a glass together around 2:15pm, so make sure you’re there from the start, you won’t want to miss it!

This is not a yoga class! so let’s ditch the leggings and shorts and get a bit dressed up! Partners and kids/ family all welcome.
We’ll be serving nibbles along with champagne and Nosecco, and if you have a dish or a bake you’re proud of, we’d love for you to bring it along and share it with us.

We are delighted to welcome world renowned teacher Pradeep Singh all the way from the birthplace of yoga in Rishikesh, India, for a truly special morning session.
In collaboration & asociation with Zoobin Surty Karma Dance CIC

This Sunday 10th May, 11.45am, Leeds Studio.

Held in a soft and inclusive spirit, the class will open with breathwork (pranayama), flow gently through an asana-based practice, and close with grounding and optional chanting.

A beautiful, mindful experience from beginning to end.

Come as you are. All levels welcome. Free class offering.

This month we are focusing on the yoga teaching of Asteya (non-stealing), so it is the perfect time to brush up on our studio policies and be mindful of how our actions effect each other and their experience in the room.

Ilkley we have heard you!

Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on the timetable. We’ve listened, and we’re making some changes we hope work better for most of you.

From this week, the following updates are in place:

WEDNESDAYS:

6–7:30 pm — Original Hot Yoga with Fiona (previously Hot Yoga 60)
8–9 pm — Warm Yin with Kylie (starting 30 minutes later than before)

THURSDAY
5:30–6:30 pm — Hot Yoga 60 with Zana (previously Original Hot Yoga at 5 pm)

We hope these changes suit your schedules better and more of you can embrace the power of the Original 90 mins method of Bikram yoga 🤩💦🙏🏻

HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY TO OUR LEEDS STUDIO!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

2 years ago we opened our second studio; The Engine House, an what an amazing two years it’s been!
We have loved growing with you, it’s been amazing expanding our sweaty community, getting to know lots of new students as well as warmly reconnecting with students from the former Hot Room which I’ve personally been teaching for ten years now, so it’s been a really special full circle experience.

Opening in Leeds was always a bit of a quiet dream and every time I walk into our beautiful Engine House Studio I still pinch myself that we did it! 🙏🏻

This evening we celebrate in true hot yoga style with our traditional 3-Sets Class with all the teachers, we can’t wait to share this fun practice with you an celebrate another amazing year of THYC Leeds 🔥
