Hey yoga family! Zana here 👋🏼 I’ve just landed back from running our retreat in Ibiza and so looking forward to getting back to the studios and seeing everyone!
I’m covering Fiona today at the Chapel, come along and join me for class, I’ll bring alllll the sunshine vibes 🌞

Thanks so much for everyone’s patience whilst we have been running a reduced schedule in Ilkley while me and Joey were away and in Leeds over the summer. It’s always tricky to navigate school holidays and holiday season with reduced staff and smaller class numbers, we really appreciate our members support and understanding 🤍🙏🏻

I’m happy to let you know that Mondays 6pm Original Hot Yoga class is starting back with a bang from next week, I’ll be taking this class back on myself and we are having our heating system improved and panels replaced this weekend so it’s gonna be nice and hot hot hottttt and sweaty 🔥🧘🏻💦

Big shout out to our student Jamie Houlders who not only completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge and raised money for a youth homelessness charity… he also did a yoga pose at each peak!! What a hero 👏🏻🤩

This is our last ever opportunity to visit the beautiful retreat villa we have been visiting the last 2 years as they are unfortunately selling it! This is going to be so special!!!

SUMMER SCHEDULE ☀️

From July 14 to September 19, 2025, our Leeds studio class schedule will be slightly reduced to reflect the summer holiday season, as members take some time to rest and recharge, going away on holiday.

There are still plenty of chances to stay consistent, committed, and connected to your Hot Yoga practice at The Engine House (Leeds studio).

Even with a lighter schedule, the practice remains just as powerful. Summer is an ideal time to refocus, build momentum, and keep showing up with intention.

We have plenty of events coming in August, keep your eyes peeled!

Sunday School this month ~ PRANAYAMA 🧘🏻

Come for a deep dive into the breath and nervous system! Within this Sunday School we’ll be getting to know our own breath more intimately with breathing practices, pranayama techniques and guided meditation. There will be time to dissect each practice and engage with them at your own pace, learning what techniques work best for you.
Open to all levels.
Not advised for anyone who is pregnant.
