This is me age 16. Did some brilliant inner teenager healing this week from events that took place around this time in my life 🧡✨

🧡Little did I know how these events would impact me right up until a few months ago

🧡It’s shocking how the feminine wounding sneaks its way silently through family generations and repeats the same patterns over and over again, until someone says - enough!

🧡I loved being 16. Even though it was such a struggle internally, I still had some great fun 🤩 I honour you lass! Times were tough but you did your best 😘

❤️‍🔥What is Grounding?❤️‍🔥

❣️Most of society are disconnected from their bodies and live a life of logic through the mind which can tend to cause anxiety

❣️Learning how to ground our bodies not only helps the nervous system, it also helps us to connect back with ourselves helping us to be more focussed and present as we connect in with the body

❣️The mind will always try to take us down the path of least resistance as one of its jobs is to keep us safe. It doesn’t mean that is the best way for us to live

❣️It’s our body that guides us by our feelings

❣️Being grounded helps us to feel those feelings that we need to feel

❣️There are so many benefits to being grounded and the post lists just a few

Every month starting in October, I will be offering either a Saturday or a Sunday weekend appointment to accommodate for those who work Monday - Friday

The first one will be:

The current timings are:

✨9am-10am - Taken ✔️
✨10:30am-11:30am
✨12pm-1pm

When these morning appointments are filled, I will open up afternoon availability
