Jon has already completed over 30 km of his 60 km Movember challenge. He’s taking on this 60 km mission to raise awareness for men’s mental health, because every hour, 60 men lose their lives to su***de.

Mouth cancer can affect anyone - sometimes even without any obvious symptoms. That’s why early detection and self-awareness are so important.

If you notice any unusual changes in your mouth, don’t wait book an appointment with your dentist or GP as soon as possible.

Together, we can make a difference through awareness and early action. 💙
