Even on a gloomy, grey, ‘mizzly’ February day, I love turning up to work. 💙

What awaits…, who knows?
But I can guarantee it’s going to be filled with a huge variety of presenting cases-
from headaches to pelvic pain, pregnancy support, locked up facet joints, low back spasm, sports injuries, sciatic symptoms…, & no doubt plenty peri-menopausal/women’s health chat and advice!! 😉

Aaaaand, lots of good stories & laughs, inspiring people, & some head scratching conundrums 😜

How lucky am I to have found Osteopathy.
Definitely a vocation,& absolutely the career for me!

Be back aware on long drives, it’ll save you a painful Christmas,& same applies when you arrive at your destinations.

🎄Sleeping in different beds
🎄sitting on soft, slumping sofas are the stuff of back issues.

So, don’t sit too long, get up & move.
Take your own pillow if you suffer with your bench,& stretch in the mornings.
MOVE, MOVE, MOVE!! 🎄🤩💝

A bit extreme 😆 but…,
TOP TIP NO. 10 is a common complaint while-

🌟 Doing puzzles
🌟 Writing cards &
🌟 Wrapping presies.

As Guy & Sally display brilliantly, sitting up so you’re not straining your neck is helpful, neck rolls & taking breaks helps too.
