Google reviews are crucial for small businesses as they foster trust and credibility. However, I've encountered a setback after moving back to the UK from Australia; Google is unable to transfer my reviews from an old business page to a new one, which is understandably frustrating.

In the coming weeks, I plan to share recent reviews from my new Ilkley location, as well as some older ones from my valued Melbourne clients.

Dry needling is an effective therapy for musculoskeletal pain and movement restrictions. It works by reducing muscle tightness, enhancing blood flow, and alleviating both local and referred pain. Inserting a needle into a trigger point can help restore normal blood circulation, and ease muscle tension. Additionally, the sensation caused by the needle can activate nerve fibers, prompting the brain to release endorphins, which are natural pain-relievers produced by the body.

Electrical stimulation helps treat pain by stimulating larger nerve fibers that supersede the smaller nerve fibers that are causing pain. The larger nerves travel faster to override the smaller nerves, similar to if you were to rub a sore spot - hence the term 'rub it better'

A bit of slow-mo slide cupping for your Friday. Look how good it feels!!

Myofascial cupping is a treatment for musculoskeletal disorders that utilizes suction to generate negative pressure. This negative pressure decompresses the targeted area by elevating the skin and the fascia, a layer of tissue beneath the skin, creating space for the underlying tense muscle to relaaaax!! Additionally, cupping stimulates blood flow to the area, bringing in fresh, oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood.
