LFW Podiatry, gait analysis

Using Footscan technology and biomechanical measurements, LFW Podiatry can assess your static stance, dynamic gait, injury risk, and whether your footwear is right for you.

If needed, your scan data can be used to create custom Phits 3D-printed orthotics — the first orthotics designed from dynamic gait scanning and produced with 3D printing technology.

The result is a fully customised orthotic that matches your foot shape, supports key pressure areas, and helps guide your gait correctly. This can improve movement efficiency and reduce the risk of injury.

Made from durable, high-quality, eco-friendly materials, Phits insoles fit most footwear, with specialist options for running, football, cycling, golf, skiing, everyday shoes, and safety boots.

Your feet can tell us more than you might think 💙

If you’re living with diabetes, regular foot care is an important part of protecting your overall health. Diabetes can sometimes affect circulation, nerve sensation, and wound healing — often without obvious symptoms at first. That’s why attending regular clinic appointments and having an annual diabetic foot assessment is so important.

During your assessment, we check things like circulation, sensation, skin health, and any pressure points or changes in your feet. These signs can sometimes highlight wider health concerns, such as reduced blood flow, nerve changes, or issues that may need further attention before they become more serious.

Early detection can make all the difference — helping to prevent complications and keep you comfortable, active, and confident.

If you have diabetes, please don’t wait until something feels wrong. Routine checks are a simple but important step in looking after your health. 💙

We all know how important regular dental check-ups are… but when was the last time you had your feet looked after?

Routine podiatry care is just as essential for maintaining your overall health and wellbeing.

Regular appointments help to:
✔️ Prevent painful issues like corns, callus, and ingrown toenails
✔️ Keep nails healthy and properly managed
✔️ Reduce the risk of infection
✔️ Identify problems early—before they become more serious

But did you know… your feet can also tell us a lot about your general health?

Changes in your feet can be an early indicator of underlying conditions such as:
🔍 Circulation issues
🔍 Diabetes
🔍 Joint or biomechanical problems

Your feet really are a gateway to what’s going on in the rest of your body—and keeping them healthy plays a big role in keeping you healthy.

A little routine care now can prevent a lot of discomfort later.
