Manager meeting….

Aim of the warm up game:

Build a structure to hold your strawberry at the highest point.


The materials:

20 strands of spaghetti
5 marshmallows
2 sherbet spaceships
2 strawberry sticks
1 maom
1 strawberry

The rules:

You must use all your materials.
It must be still standing after we’ve done introductions.

It’s so important to us to keep our team trained and practiced in the latest skills and techniques. It’s also really important to make sure we know how it feels for our residents when they are being supported with transferring, so that we can offer understanding and compassion… which is why we all make sure to experience what it’s like to be hoisted, manoeuvred while in bed, simulating mobility challenges to help our training team cascade to our staff the best and most dignified methods of holistic care.
