Party season is upon on💃💃💃

Lots of meals out, social gatherings and all the fun stuff. You should enjoy it all and embrace it, however here are a few things you can consider if you want to avoid it becoming 6 weeks of JUST indulging and a pretty tough start to 2026💪⬇️

1️⃣Eat mindfully – slow down, savor, stop before stuffed

2️⃣Shrink your plate – smaller portions and you will still feel like you have enjoyed your meal

3️⃣Skip liquid sugar – choose your drinks carefully

4️⃣Sleep & chill – rest well, stress less, snack less

5️⃣Keep up with daily moment- it all counts!
