The female body is capable of a lot!

When a woman goes through pregnancy the body goes through so much changes its hard to comprehend! My son is now nearly 6 and I remember the pregnancy like it was yesterday!

From the moment a woman finds out she is pregnant everything changes - your focus, your motivation and everything you do is for the other person. It’s so important for us women to really be kind to ourselves after going though pregnancy and not put pressure to look a certain way within a set period after childbirth!!

The body changes and you change- the focus for me ever since he was born has been about being the strongest and fittest version of myself and that’s what matters
