What is AccuRx?

AccuRx is an online form that allows you to submit both medical and administrative queries directly to the practice.

📝Administrative queries can be submitted Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:30.

🥼Medical queries can be submitted Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:30.

‼If your medical query is urgent after 16:00, please call the surgery to speak to a receptionist directly.

🌐There’s no need for a username or password to use the service.

Need help using AccuRx?
Visit reception with your smartphone or tablet for a demonstration, or call us and one of our receptionists will guide you through the process over the phone.

Meningitis Vaccination & Eligibility. 💉

The MenB Vaccine (covering the strain involved in the current outbreak) was introduced in 2015. Therefore, individuals over the age of 10 are unlikely to have received this vaccine as part of the routine immunisations schedule.

The MenB vaccine is routinely offered to children ages 2 years and under, however, it can be accessed privately for those outside this age group.

Please note, IG Medical does not provide private MenB Vaccinations.

💉 Spring COVID-19 Booster Vaccinations Now Available 💉

We are now taking bookings for our Spring COVID-19 booster clinics.

Who can book?
Eligible patients will receive an SMS or email with a direct booking link, allowing you to choose a convenient date and time.

Haven’t received a link?
If you do not receive a booking link, please call the practice after 10:00am. We will arrange an appointment for you and ensure your contact details are up to date.

Clinic location update:
Due to renovations at our Grassington site, the first two clinics will take place at our Ilkley site on:

Saturday 18th April 2026

Saturday 25th April 2026

All clinics are by appointment only, between 08:30-14:00.

IG Medical accepts prescription requests through the following methods:
-NHS App
-AccuRx
-Paper requests posted in our designated prescriptions post boxes.
-Systmonline

Please note we do not take requests over the telephone or at the reception desks.
If you would like to find out more on how to request medication online, please contact reception. 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️
