New Pregnancy Yoga Course at Ilkley Yoga Centre - Starting Wednesday 15th June. 18:00 - 19:15.

Join Gillian for this 8-week Pregnancy Yoga course starting on Wednesday 15th June 2022. This nurturing prenatal yoga course will provide you with the tools you need to support your wellbeing throughout your pregnancy.

You will learn:

Yoga postures and movements to build strength and create comfort and space for you and your baby.
Helpful yoga practices to address common issues experienced by mums to be.
Breathing practices to support you throughout your pregnancy.
Deep relaxation techniques and meditations to promote calm and reduce anxiety.
Sound and visualisation practices to nurture connection with your baby.
Energy Freeing Practices.
Restorative Yoga for deep rest, better sleep quality and comfort.
Birthing postures and breathing techniques to help you through labour.

The course is suitable for mums-to-be from 14 weeks onwards whether you are a complete yoga beginner or have an existing practice.

Gillian is a fully qualified Sitaram pregnancy yoga teacher.
