Our final session was this morning, and what a lovely 5 weeks it’s been getting to know each other and watching the babies grow and change week by week.

Alongside learning baby massage strokes, we’ve shared stories, made connections, and taken some much needed time to slow down.

Week 2 we practiced stomach massage, which can help relieve gas and constipation, support digestion, and promote relaxation and bonding 🥰

The babies also enjoyed their calming leg & foot massage (spot the tiny toes 🦶) and some tummy time, and we had plenty of chats and moments of connection in between ✨
