Sound therapy combines carefully considered therapeutic sound techniques which have been shown to affect physiology, neurology and psychology with a form of reflective enquiry (a kind of questioning).
This approach has been shown to be very effective at improving health and wellbeing. The therapeutic sound and techniques are delivered by your practitioner using tonal and rhythmic instruments and voice. The tonal instruments used are Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks.
You’ve probably heard the term “sound bath” but might not know what they involve. No, they’re not just another gimmick being offered by would-be healers. They’re an ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years to treat addiction, anxiety, depression, insomnia, migraines, trauma, and even cancer (in conjunction with other treatments).
The healing science of sound baths is based on the fact that everything has its own vibrational frequency. When you feel unwell, it’s because you’re “out of tune,” so to speak. Sound baths get your energy field back in harmony, resulting in a rebalancing of energy and an increase in relaxation. Sound baths are like a cleanse for your cells, and the best part is, you don’t have to work to receive their benefits. All you have to do is breathe and listen.
Here’s everything you need to know about sound baths. You decide if they’re worth a try.
There’s no water involved.
Don’t worry. You don’t have to wear a swimsuit and you won’t get wet during a sound bath. What you will need for sure: a yoga mat. You may also want a pillow, a blanket and an eye mask,we do have some available to use , if you’re sensitive to the smell or feel of other people’s stuff, plan to bring your own mat and accessories
Sound baths are like a combination of restorative yoga, meditation, and sacred sound concert. The goal of a sound bath isn't to listen and pay attention but rather to let the sound wash over you. Like a bath, all you have to do is just lie back and absorb. Let the sound transport you.

How can sound therapy help my animal ?
Animals Have Energy Systems As Part Of Their Bodies In The Same Way That People Do.
While sound healing helps both people and animals, therapists believe animals especially benefit from it because they can hear and respond to many more harmonics created by the bowls than we can. Singing bowl therapists use bowls with lower tones for animals because they hear many more overtones that humans do, and sounds with higher frequencies annoy or agitate them
As effective as sound energy healing with sound instruments is for people, it is even more so with dogs, cats, horses and other pets. Animals are extremely sensitive to energy and therefore quite receptive to many types of energy medicine. As when working with any other being, we must be respectful of their space and overall condition
Sound Balancing is a simple and natural way to influence health and promote wellbeing in animals through sound work, love, compassion, imaging and intention.
Healing comes from the Greek word that means "whole”. Sound balancing is a path of wholeness to achieve harmony. True healing addresses the whole pet -- the body, mind and spirit.
Like small children, animals live in the present moment. Unlike adult humans, they do not complicate their treatment with 'psychology', 'stories' or 'monkey mind'. This, and the fact that animals have the ability to hear a far wider range of sound than humans, results in animals being profoundly affected by the instruments.
Is your pet always tired or appears to be worn-out?
Is your pet disinterested in activities?
Is your pet always hiding or do they appear fearful of everything?
Is your pet behaving strangely after a change of residence, surgery, boarding or even after an outing?
I start by setting up my bowls and then have the owner bring the animal to the room for an introduction.I allow the animal to come to me; nothing is ever forced. Once we establish a connection and feel comfortable, I gently start playing the bowls. When the animal begins to feel the vibrations, he often lies down and falls asleep.
