On the 13th February 2026, after a short illness, Evelyn aged 89 years of Immingham.

Loving wife of the late Bert, Caring mum of Keith & Anne and Kevin & Caroline, devoted grandma of Lauren & Matt, Alexander & Erin and Jack & Erica, loving great grandma of Willow, Isla and Fenna, treasured sister and best friend of Barbara and the late John, Bill and Margaret and friend to many. Evelyn will be missed by all that knew her.

Service and committal at Great Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 4th march at 3.45 pm.

Family flowers only please by request if desired donations in lieu are for St. Andrew’s Hospice a charity close to Evelyn’s heart.

Patricia Kathleen Slaughter (Pat)

Suddenly on Friday 30th May 2025 in Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, Pat passed away aged 89 years.

Loving and caring mum of Michael, Lynne and Allison Dear mother in law of Karl, Paul and the late Rita. Much loved nana of Samantha, Sarah, Simon, Steven, Matthew and Kelly. Step nana to Donna, Liz, Ronnie, Gary, Anthony, Kealey and the late Graham. Pat was also a great nana and great, great nana.

A funeral service will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 16th June at 1.30pm.

Sadly on Monday the 12th of May 2025 at Stalllingborough Lodge Nursing Home, Lorraine passed away aged 67 years.

Cherished mum of Emma and Megs (and her boy Milo, the dog), mother in law of Mark and Gaz, proud nanna of Alfie, Brooke, Gracie, Frankie and Travis, loving daughter of Gill, sister of Rob, Penny and Mark, close friend of Miff, auntie, great auntie and a good friend to many.

A funeral service will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday 3rd June at 12.45pm.

Today we had the pleasure of entertaining the residents at the local care homes in Immingham with our vintage charity musical organ.

Many of the residents clapped and danced along, some even putting in song requests, we hope it spread some joy and a sense of nostalgia!

A great day today at Glyn Thomas House for their Summer Fair, thank you to all those who came along and donated, as a whole everyone raised a total of £507 for the care home!

Also, big congratulations to 8 year old Charlie Buckley who won our balloon competition, with the closest guess of 88 balloons (correct answer being 90), with a prize of a chauffeured driven limousine for him and his family to Papas for Fish and Chips in Cleethorpes.😊
