I am a qualified Level3 Mat Pilates Instructor in the Renfrewshire area offering group classes and one-to-one sessions for all abilities. FlowPilates also holds certificates in Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions, Pilates with Small Equipment, and First Aid at Work. Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength by concentration, control, flow, precision, and breathing. This helps to improve mental and physical wellbeing.

By the end of the year, I am utterly exhausted - worn down by illness, scattered attention, losses, and conflicts.

And yet, I’m deeply proud of one thing: that you showed up. Again and again.
You took part in hundreds of hours of practice, presence, and shared movement…

Thank you, your commitment kept me going!!

This year, I learned to use and teach on the reformer, and some of you were part of that journey.

I’m grateful for every moment we shared, and for your ongoing support.

I’m also grateful that I managed to complete the Kiltwalk for a good cause, enjoyed some lovely trips abroad, and spent precious time with my loved ones - moments I’ll carry with me.
