I am a qualified Level3 Mat Pilates Instructor in the Renfrewshire area offering group classes and one-to-one sessions for all abilities. FlowPilates also holds certificates in Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions, Pilates with Small Equipment, and First Aid at Work. Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength by concentration, control, flow, precision, and breathing. This helps to improve mental and physical wellbeing.

Hello, lovely people, Iโ€™m back - and so are classes!

I wanted to share a few snapshots from my recent trip, especially since many of you have fond memories of Budapest or dreams of visiting.

I had a chance to soak in Budapestโ€™s riverside beauty - and in its famous thermal baths, where mineral-rich waters offered a deep restoration. Walking along the Danube and the golden glow of Parliament at night were pure magic. Not to mention my favourite cakes - free from sugar, gluten, and just about everything else ๐Ÿ˜„โ€ฆ except flavour.
