COLIN EDWARD MIDDLETON

Colin of The Helks, Lowgill, died suddenly but peacefully at his home on Friday 3rd October 2025, aged 78 years.

Loving husband of Mary, father of Stephen & Caroline, much loved grandad Col to Isaac, Alice, Elsie and Jessica, a dear brother & uncle,
father-in-law of Gillian & Andrew and a good friend to many.

Col will be sadly missed by all his loving family, relatives and many friends within the farming community.

Funeral Service will be held at The Church of the Good Shepherd, Lowgill on Saturday 18th October at 11.30am, followed by interment in the churchyard.

Refreshments will be served at Bridge House Tearooms, Wray after the service.

Bob of High Bentham, died unexpectedly at his home in Bowland View on Monday 29th September 2025, aged 82 years.

Beloved husband of the late Kath, dad of Andrew, grandad, uncle and a good friend to all who knew him.

John of Burton-in-Lonsdale, died peacefully in the Royal Lancaster Infirmary on Wednesday 24th September 2025, aged 83 years.

Dearly loved husband of Norma, much loved dad of Jo, special grandad, father-in-law and a good friend to many.

John will be sadly missed by all his loving family, relatives and many friends that he met whilst walking his Pyrenean Mountain Dog.

Funeral Service & Committal will be held at All Saints Parish Church, Burton-in-Lonsdale on Tuesday 14th October at 12noon.

Formerly of Parkside Farm, Burrow, Bernard passed away peacefully in Gilling Reane Care Home, Kendal on Sunday 21st September 2025, aged 87 years.

Father of Edward, Andrew and Tim, grandad, brother, uncle and father-in-law, Bernard will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A service of thanksgiving for his life will be held on Wednesday 15th October at St John the Baptist Church, Tunstall at 2pm, followed by interment in the churchyard.
