🔵 When stretching your horse always ensure that you do this after exercise to ensure that their muscles are warm. This is because stretching cold muscles can result in injury with the muscle fibres not gliding over one another as well when cold.🔵

Stretching three times a week post exercise can help to keep your horse supple, reduce tension, increase stride length and improve joint health!
