❤️🖤👟 ALM 10k. What a day!

Some of our amazing ALM fitness family hit the streets of Alcester this weekend for the 10k, and what an atmosphere it was.

From the start line, the cheers around the course, to the final stretch down the highstreet, there was such a great buzz.

There’s honestly no better feeling as a coach than seeing our members out there achieving things they’ve worked so hard for, and in some cases, things they didn’t think they’d be able to do.

For some, it was their first ever race, for others it was their first 10k in 20+ years, and others it was a chance to get a PB.

We saw huge smiles, determination, an amazing sense of pride and sprints to cross the finish line.

Massive congratulations to everyone that took part, you all gave it your all - and we loved being right in there with you!!

We know how hard you’ve worked in the lead up to this event. Every single one of you is an inspiration.

❤️🖤 Dedication. Consistency. Results.

A huge shoutout to Gareth! Since joining us at ALM almost two years ago, he’s excelled and achieved some incredible things.

When Gareth first joined he knew he wanted to take his health up a notch - getting fitter, stronger, and building a routine that would stick.

With a little sprinkle of ALM coaching, structure, accountability, and direction… he’s smashed it.

He’s attended over 300 sessions (we think that deserves a new t-shirt!), applied everything he’s been advised and he’s always up for the extra little pushes from us coaches.

And the results? Outstanding.

This year alone, Gareth’s fitness has unlocked some amazing moments - he made a rugby comeback and pulled his rugby boots back on to play alongside his sons (a dream of his), and he’s running 27-minute parkruns with confidence.

Well done Gareth, the hard work you’re putting in is inspiring everyone around you and it’s paying off. Keep up the good work!

We run 6 week and 28 day transformation programmes where you can lose up to 18lbs in 6 weeks and drop a dress/jeans size or two!

Join a community of like minded people, all there to support each other on their fitness journey. We pride ourselves on having a non-judgmental, fun, friendly environment, with the support and guidance to help you every step of the way.

We offer nutrition advice, no crazy FAD diets - just focusing on incorporating all the essential macronutrients to follow a healthy lifestyle - and guess what... You can still get results by going out at the weekend or having a glass of wine or two in the week! All sessions are held at Inkberrow village hall. Sessions include: Transformation Training - focusing on fat loss, strength training and toning also Fitness Pilates and Steady Circuits (low impact). Take a look at our website for our timetable!
