Unsure.
Out of place.
Wondering if you’re “fit enough”.

And do you know what?

Almost everyone who joins us feels that way at first.

But here’s what they also say…

What you see is the sessions…

What you don’t see is everything outside of them that makes ALM so special.

The check-ins when someone’s struggling.
The messages that matter.
The encouragement when you need it most.

The adjustments when life gets busy.
The accountability at the right time.
The guidance that takes away the guesswork.

The support to help you get back on track.
The reassurance when you need it.
The wins we celebrate that no one else notices.

The conversations before sessions, after sessions…

All of these things matter to us, because when you’re part of our fitness family you’re not left to figure it out on your own.

Results don’t come from 2 - 3 sessions a week alone.

They come from feeling supported in between them.

Health is so much more than just training and nutrition.

Yes, they matter, but TRUE HEALTH is how you live your life.

You can have the perfect exercise routine, and eat really well, but…

If your sleep is poor.
If you’re constantly stressed.
If your environment drains you.
If your mind never switches off.
If your habits don’t support you.

It catches up, you’ll always be stuck, and you’ll never feel your best!

So go into this week with this in mind…

Zoom out.
Focus on your life.

Today was a day filled with happiness and joy 🐑 🥰

One of our lovely members and her husband welcomed us to their home at Oaks Barn Farm, to feed the sheep, cuddle the baby lambs and learn all things farming.

There were smiles everywhere and magical moments created for our members & their family.

We all had the best day!!

It’s led by our amazing running coach Tori, who doesn’t just structure the programme and take complete beginners to running a 5k in just 10 weeks, she’ll coach you using her years of real running experience.

You’ll learn how to run properly, how to control your breathing, how to pace yourself and how to build up gradually, all while building confidence in yourself along the way.

You’ll run as part of a group, alongside others with likeminded goals and you’ll cross that finish line with together.

You dont need to be fit.
You don’t need to have run before.
You just need to give it a go.

We’ll finish with a Park Run Graduation at the end of the programme going you a real goal to work towards 🧑🏻‍🎓🎓🎉

Whether you come on your own or bring a friend, you’ll be supported week by week, and with the lighter nights here, there’s no better time to start.

Here’s exactly how joining ALM Fitness works.

First, you’ll book a call and we’ll have a proper chat.

This is all about you - your goals, your lifestyle, and what you want to get out of your health & fitness journey. We’ll talk it all through and look at how we can help you get there.

If it feels like the right fit, you’ll secure your spot on our introductory 6-week programme, designed to help you build confidence, routine, and momentum.

From there, you’re ready to get started.

You’ll have structure, a clear plan, and support every step of the way.

To begin with, you’ll probably feel a little unsure, a bit nervous… with a mix of excitement too.

That’s completely normal.

Offering a fun, friendly environment to help you reach your goals.

We run 6 week and 28 day transformation programmes where you can lose up to 18lbs in 6 weeks and drop a dress/jeans size or two!

Join a community of like minded people, all there to support each other on their fitness journey. We pride ourselves on having a non-judgmental, fun, friendly environment, with the support and guidance to help you every step of the way.

We offer nutrition advice, no crazy FAD diets - just focusing on incorporating all the essential macronutrients to follow a healthy lifestyle - and guess what... You can still get results by going out at the weekend or having a glass of wine or two in the week! All sessions are held at Inkberrow village hall. Sessions include: Transformation Training - focusing on fat loss, strength training and toning also Fitness Pilates and Steady Circuits (low impact). Take a look at our website for our timetable!
