Meet my latest TARGET member at my Huntly 7.00pm session!
Cecil !!😊
Cecil not only smashed into his personal Target on Monday but picked up his 3 stone award!!🎉

Cecil joined along with his wife Audrey to lose some weight to get an operation for a hip replacement.
Cecil got the said operation & his surgeon said his recovery was a lot quicker due to the weight he had lost.
Cecil now enjoys keeping fit too & hits the gym every day keeping up his fitness levels.🏋

Cecil & Audrey have always enjoyed a good social life & during their slimming world journey this is something that they have continued to enjoy, just making small changes along the way 😊

Cecil loves the freedom of slimming world food & attends group every week. Which he finds helps him greatly & enjoys staying. Where he picks up hints & tips and enjoys the friendly atmosphere & there's always a laugh guaranteed 😉

He has since decided to drop another stone !!

Go Cecil!! We are right behind you 🙌

🤩Recipe of the Week🤩

This beauty is normally a stable at my groups food taster sessions but I’ve never actually made it at home. Have you? If not give it a go as it’s delicious 😋

🤩Weetabix cake🤩

🤩Ingredients 🤩

⭐️2 Weetabix
⭐️200ml skimmed milk
⭐️100g sultanas
⭐️100g self-raising flour
⭐️1 tsp mixed spice
⭐️2 level tbsp sweetener granules
⭐️2 large eggs, beaten

🤩Method🤩

⭐️Preheat your oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4 and line a 450g loaf tin with non-stick baking paper.
⭐️Put the Weetabix in a large bowl and pour in the milk. Leave for 2-3 minutes then mash with a fork.
⭐️Beat in all the remaining ingredients, spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 1 hour.
⭐️Cool the cake on a wire rack, turn out and slice into 12 to serve.

1 hour 10 minutes
Serves 12
