Fancy giving Pilates a go?
Aiming to improve core stability, flexibility, balance and posture, Pilates can help to reduce aches and pains, prevent injury and improve general wellbeing.
I now have spaces available in my Beginners Pilates Class, held at Insch Church Hall on Wednesdays from 11.45-12.45. The new 8 week block starts on 23rd August.
Our Beginners class is suitable for almost anyone so please get in touch if you are interested in joining us!
All other classes on my timetable are currently
fully booked but please let me know if you would like added to any waiting lists 💙
