I now have two spaces available in my Beginners/Improvers Pilates Class which runs on Wednesdays 11.45-12.45 at Insch Church Hall. The new 5 week block starts next week (25th Feb) so please get in touch soon if you’re interested in joining us!
Aiming to strengthen deep core muscles while improving flexibility, balance and posture, Pilates helps to reduce aches and pains, prevent future injuries and restore healthy, functional movement.
All other classes on the timetable are fully booked but please just let me know if you would like added to any waiting lists 🤍
