I'm a little slow is wishing you all a happy new year. I've had to think about it in all honesty. There's such a falseness around new year in my opinion and it makes me uncomfortable.

It's so forced and pressured. Especially around resolutions. Every day gives you a new opportunity to work on yourself, a new chance to be kinder to yourself, to decide to love yourself, to examine your darker side and to work through your stuff.

Don't listen to the outside pressure to achieve all of these things on the 1st Jan. Listen to your heart, body and intuition work in your time.
