🍃 Massage Gels 🍃

I know lots of you who see me in my therapy room have been loving the horse chestnut balsam that I have been using on your achy bits at the end of a massage!

If anyone would like one to take home they are £8 each, last for ages and are a must for aches and pains. This has literally saved my wrists by the end of a long working day - no jokes!

A few clients have also been blown away by how effective the Paprika and Chilli Balsam has been at helping ease varicose veins. I swore by this on holiday for helping my swollen legs at the end of the day. So if you suffer from anything like this or like walking/hiking/legs days at the gym 😆 definitely give it a try! Again these are only £8 and last for ages!

🌿 Aloe Glow - for Hayfever Sufferers 🌿

Just a little PSA - I have really, really bad Hayfever and this has made such a difference to me. I know this because I've stupidly ran out of it twice now 😂 it's also fine for kids to take so might be helpful for younger Hayfever Sufferers

It also really helps with all things digestive system related!

The mango flavour is currently discounted from £30 down to £24 until tomorrow evening so it's the perfect time to try it. It tastes great, just mix with a little water in the morning and drink.

🌳🌻🪻 Hayfever 🪻🌻🌳

It's hayfever season again and if you suffer like me and don't always want to be reaching for the antihistamines here are a few tips and tricks that might help!

🪻 Keep bedroom windows closed and if possible use an air purifier over night, a salt lamp beside your bed and an essential oil diffuser with some lavender, tea tree and rosemary🪻

🪻 local honey 🍯 and nettle made in a tea, you can buy dried nettle online or steep fresh ones. A quercetin and nettle complex can also be very helpful, this can be bought online, but always seek advice before taking quercetin if you are on any other medication 🪻

🪻homeopathic mixed pollens and mixed grasses (these are really helpful, if you aren't sure where to get this I can send the link) 🪻

🪻 Neals Yard Reviving White Tea Facial Mist, Reviving White Tea Eye Gel, Temple Balm (can also be used around nostrils) and vitamin c boost. None of these are expensive products but keep them in the fridge along with a crystal facial roller and i promise you they will be your best friend all summer, you'll be so glad you bought them! 🪻 essential oils - lavender, tea tree, rosemary and peppermint are a few helpful ones - please don't buy cheap essential oils, these can do more harm than good, I recommend neals yard (link below) especially the organic defence blend. 🪻 and finally Reflexology! If you haven't tried it come and give it a go! I can work on opening up the sinuses and chest by working on the feet, I promise you it really will help 🪻
