Thank you to everyone who has come for physiotherapy treatment and advice over the years. I hope I have managed to help. I am moving house and will not be in the area so I will no longer be offering private physiotherapy at Invergordon leisure centre

Could you benefit from being more active?

Perhaps you've got into a sedentary rut during the lockdown restrictions, maybe a new health diagnosis has prompted you to make changes or you just can't seem to find that "oomph" to take action.🙃

Hello All
With the easing of lockdown and gyms re-opening today I am now able to offer private physiotherapy appointments at Invergordon leisure centre. The leisure centre is only open for restricted times to begin with, but if you require an appointment please get in touch to arrange a suitable time
