Some exciting news landed in The Rub Hub today.

I've been successful in joining a pool of therapists for the Scottish Women's National Football Team 😁

This will hopefully mean a few trips to Hampden and abroad 🤞

This will be in addition to my work at The Rub Hub and with Ross County Girls and Women FC.

Work and football...happy days!

Success......

We love success stories at The Rub Hub.

It can be something like being able to bend over to kiss your kids, get back on the football pitch after injury, having a pain-free round of golf...and winning World's Strongest Man for the third time.

Each success definitely does have a story. The person needs to take ownership for their journey ahead, take steps to make it happen, do the work, do the recovery, eat and drink the right things, surround yourself with positivity and have the right people beside you along the way.

This guy epitomises that.

Bruce is enjoying the sun, its good for his bones, but I'm wilting in the heat!

On the plus side, holidays are fast approaching and I'm pretty much fully booked until mid August. I do have a cancellation list in operation.

So very proud of this 2xWSM. Last weekend he worked so very hard to achieve his fourth podium finish in five years, more PBs, another record and incredible numbers on that spreadsheet...with much more in the tank to come. It's a pleasure to work on him, both pre and post workouts and hear just how much effort and sacrifice goes into his work. It's also a pleasure to get to know the human being that is Tom...funny, caring, thoughtful and just wants to make his family proud.
