🌱 A new year, a new chapter for Grounded with Emma.

After a restorative start to January, I’m excited to share the next evolution of my work. This year, I’m bringing together all my years of study to offer a fully integrated, trauma‑informed approach to health, healing, and wellbeing. My mission remains the same: to support the whole person mind, body, and nervous system in a compassionate, empowering, and accessible way.

I’m expanding my holistic services alongside my one‑to‑one training, with more availability for silent counselling, sound healing sessions, and nervous system–focused therapies. These additions reflect the vision I’ve been building for years: a space where people feel supported, understood, and equipped with tools that genuinely change their lives.

Current services include:

• Deep Tissue Massage
• Kinetic Chain Release Therapy
• Trauma‑Informed Coaching (in person or online)
• Silent Counselling (Rapid Energy Release)
• Sound Healing Sessions
• Vagus Nerve Stimulation & Reset Sessions
• Bespoke Workshops for groups, organisations, and community settings

Following the success of last year’s workshops and my first 6‑week Trauma‑Informed Health & Wellness course, I’m delighted to be delivering three new 6‑week programmes for kinship carers through social services. I’ll also be speaking in March about the benefits of trauma‑informed wellbeing — details coming soon.

The power of touch is often overlooked, yet it can be profoundly healing, empowering, and therapeutic. As a bodyworker, I understand that each client is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. By integrating various modalities such as KCR, massage, stretching techniques, and energy work, I craft exceptional experiences for my clients.

In addition to bodywork, I am a trauma-informed facilitator offering life coaching sessions, silent counseling, and vagus nerve practitioner services. My goal is to help you navigate trauma and release stored negative emotions through these diverse approaches. At Grounded, I’m not just a trainer; I guide individuals in developing a deeper connection with their bodies, managing chronic illnesses, and fostering self-healing.
