✨ Sometimes when someone has been on our mind, in our emotions, or has impacted our body in some way — their energy can linger in our field.

You don’t always need “closure” to let it go. What you really need is awareness and intention. This is how we gently release what isn’t ours and call our own energy back. 💫

Here’s a simple self-healing practice you can try at home (and it works beautifully alongside Reiki):

🌸 Step 1: Close your eyes.
Say their name silently or out loud. Notice how your body reacts — maybe a tightness, heaviness, or warmth? That’s the residue of their energy.

🌸 Step 2: Visualise.
See them standing in front of you. Imagine energetic cords between you — perhaps from your heart, gut, or throat, wherever you feel the connection.

🌸 Step 3: Release with love.
Say:
✨ “I release you.”
✨ “I return your energy to you, and I call mine back to me.”
Then, imagine those cords gently dissolving or being cut.

🌸 Step 4: Restore.
Take a deep breath and see light filling the space within you. Feel yourself glowing, safe, whole, and fully you again.

This is not about anger or revenge. It’s about returning to yourself. 💕 Reiki can support this process beautifully, helping to clear away what no longer serves you and restore balance to your energy.

🌲 Step into the Woods 🌲

Life can feel noisy, busy, and heavy at times. But the moment you step under the trees, something shifts… your breath deepens, your shoulders relax, and the world feels a little lighter.

Nature has a quiet way of reminding us who we are. The trees release natural oils that calm the body, the earthy scent after rain lifts the mood, and even birdsong has been shown to ease the mind and soothe the heart.

Beneath the soil, the trees are all connected — roots and fungi forming a hidden web, where the older trees support and nurture the younger ones. Just like us, the forest thrives through connection and care.
