Oxygen Therapy is a privately operated wellness facility in Westhill, Aberdeenshire, based within Porter Pharmacy at Westhill Shopping Centre. We provide Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) which has lots of health and wellbeing benefits for your body and mind.

This type of treatment is relatively new here in the UK but is common in the USA and other European countries. It is a cumulative build-up of oxygen in your system, which your body releases where and when you need it to aid your general wellbeing.

Sessions in our chamber are one hour long and can benefit multiple conditions - for example pain relief, arthritis, sports performance, wound healing, Long Covid recovery, skin conditions, menopausal issues, muscle and bone conditions, nerve damage and much more. It also boosts mental wellbeing, relieves anxiety/depression symptoms and is a relaxing therapy to sit and enjoy in our chamber - away from life’s usual hectic pace!

Introductory trial sessions cost £65 per person for an hour (usually £75). We are currently open Tuesdays and Thursdays.

It is unsuitable for anyone with serious lung or sinus issues or anyone fitted with a pacemaker or defibrillator.
